Straight answers about prices, pickup, payment and what to expect in Dubai.
When do I actually pay?
Not when you send the request. We check the slot with the operator first, then send a payment link by WhatsApp or email quoting your booking reference. The booking is confirmed once that payment clears.
How far in advance should I book?
For desert safaris and city tours, a day or two is usually enough outside peak season. Balloon flights, private yachts and Abu Dhabi day trips fill up a week or more ahead between November and March, and over Eid and New Year.
Is hotel pickup included?
It depends on the experience, and every experience page says so plainly. Where pickup is included, it covers central Dubai hotels. Addresses outside that zone may carry a supplement, which is quoted before you pay.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Airport transfers track your flight. Your driver adjusts to the actual landing time and waiting is free for the first 60 minutes on international arrivals, 90 minutes on the SUV.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Tell us as early as you can. Cancellation and change terms vary by experience and operator, and the terms for your booking are confirmed in writing before any payment link is sent.
Do you cater for children?
Many experiences have child pricing and child seats. Each experience page states the minimum age and any limits.
What should I wear in summer?
Between June and September the daytime heat regularly passes 40°C. Take morning departures where they exist, wear light long sleeves rather than less fabric, and carry more water than you think you need.
How much does a desert safari in Dubai cost with TRAVENSA Travels?

DXB Airport Transfer — Private Sedan: AED 120 per group; DXB Airport Transfer — Luxury SUV: AED 220 per group, before 5% VAT. Transfers track your flight.
Can I visit Abu Dhabi from Dubai?
Yes. Abu Dhabi Grand Mosque & City Day Trip: 10 hours, from AED 250 per person; Abu Dhabi Private Day Trip: 10 hours, from AED 1,450 per group.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
No. Prices are shown before 5% UAE VAT. The VAT and the total are shown separately before you send a request, and again before you pay.
Which currency do I pay in?
Bookings are charged in UAE dirham (AED). The website can display prices in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD and AUD as an indication.
Which languages do your guides speak?
Depending on the experience: Arabic, English, French, Hindi, Mandarin, Russian, Urdu. Each experience page lists its languages.
