Before you go
Reconfirm your pickup window the evening before. You will receive the driver’s name and mobile number by WhatsApp the night before departure.
What to bring
Photo ID, a light layer for air-conditioned vehicles, sunglasses and a refillable water bottle.
Age restrictions
Minimum age 18. Maximum weight 90 kg for women and 100 kg for men, with a height-to-weight assessment on arrival.
Pickup information
Pickup is from your hotel lobby or a named meeting point within the stated zone. Addresses outside the zone may carry a supplement, quoted before you pay.
Dress code
Dubai is relaxed, but cover shoulders and knees at mosques, heritage sites and souks.
